No Commercial Use without Licensing Contract

You may not redistribute, reproduce, make derivative works or otherwise use the images under copyright of Selina Fenech, outside of the terms of use on this page. Images may not be sold or used in any way, including but not limited to, the selling of products, or in connection with the promotion of any type product or sales. Furthermore, no use of any image may infringe upon the rights of existing or potential licensees of Selina Fenech's artworks.

You are not permitted to use Selina Fenech's images to manufacture your own products for sale in any form or through any market such as ebay or elsewhere. It is a serious infringement of Selina's copyright to do this.

You are not permitted to use Selina Fenech's images as part of your online auction templates or as part of your online shop logo. You are not permitted to use Selina's artworks for any business logo, stationary, promotional material or signage.

Use of Selina Fenech's Artworks on Websites

Selina Fenech's artworks may only be used as part of an artwork or related theme (eg, fantasy, new age, pagan) web page, and may not be used in any way that is unrelated to Selina's artworks and themes. The images must not be seen as endorsing or associated with any other entity, person or organization, and are only for use on personal websites. The website must not be offensive or promote offensive materials including but not limited to R rated materials, prejudice, porn, gambling, or other such themes.

Selina Fenech's artworks and images are licensed to you by Selina Fenech for the limited purpose of displaying them on your personal website and she reserves the right to revoke, ammend or alter this license on an individual basis at any time. The following terms must be followed as part of this usage:

Use of artwork for a non profit or charity event

Please contact Selina about these as usages differ. You may be offered purchase of Selina Fenech merchandise at wholesale rates for suitable quantities or a limited usage agreement. However, in respect to manufacturer's licensing contracts and properties ownership, free use of Selina's artworks for some items is not permitted.

Tattoos

Tattoos based on Selina's artwork are allowed for individuals, but tattoo artists are not allowed to commercially offer the designs without a signed usage agreement. If you would like a tattoo of one of Selina's artworks you are requested to first buy a print of the artwork. That way you can look at the artwork you forever want on your body for a while before getting it done, and also that the tattoo artist has a good quality image to work from. You may also send a photo of the finished tattoo for show in the Fan Gallery.

Pursuit of Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement of Selinas's works is treated very seriously.
Generally, an informal cease and desist letter is sent to the alleged infringer as a courtesy before any formal action is taken, and compliance is appreciated at this stage without having to resort to legal action.
Ebay auctions will be ended immediately through the Ebay Vero program.
Non-compliance with a cease and desist request can result in the matter being taken to official parties, including webhosts (eg, Oztion, Ebay, Second Life officials), and the courts. Those infringing copyright could be liable to pay back earnings they have made through the illegal sale of Selina's copyrighted materials.

Reporting illegal use of Selina's Work

If you see Selina's art anywhere were for sale, or general use that does not show credit or copyright acknowledgement, and is not following the terms of use of this page, please contact Selina Fenech directly with the details. Please do not contact the person or group yourself. The item may be licensed legally or from a legitimate retailer, but all reports are welcome. General red flags include the selling of the artwork without credit to Selina as the artist or the person claiming they created the artwork themselves.

For reporting previously unidentified cases of illegal commercial infringement of Selina Fenech's copyright, Selina may send you a token of her gratitude.

By using any Selina Fenech image, you thereby consent to these guidelines and any future changes. Selina reserves the right to require changes to any individual or group's use, layout, design, quality and other elements pertaining to any Selina Fenech image and its use.
The images and artworks of Selina Fenech's fall under these terms and copyright ownership no matter where or in what medium they are obtained, including but not limited to other websites, purchase of print or products, other manufacturer's products or catalogues.
No matter if it is altered, the copyright of the artworks remains with Selina Fenech under the derivative works terms of Australian and International Copyright Law.
Infringment of Selina's copyright will be dealt with very seriously.
